1st September 2008; Edinburgh – Scotmid Co-op have implemented the IntelliStore CRTG interface, automating the entry of product and price changes from their main supplier, the Co-operative Retail Trading Group (CRTG).

This has resulted in massive time savings as previously these changes were entered manually, and has allowed head office staff to be re-allocated to other parts of the business. The interface still allows Scotmid to create their own business rules, to decide what information is automatically loaded, what is rejected and what is left for the trading managers to decide on.
