Optional Module - IntelliStore Back Office - Information Kiosk
The Information Kiosk optional module uses the same touchscreen technology used at the point of sale, to give customers access to lookup information on products themselves. Especially useful within the wines section in a supermarket, it allows the retailer to setup rules which means the customer can scan items in their basket using the scanner attached to the information kiosk, and the system can recommend wines to accompany the meal.

A particular key point is the flexible drill down capability, allowing the retailer to setup questions that the consumer answers, drilling down to a recommendation and further enhancing the consumers experience.
