Working with Commidea, VME Retail are pleased to announce the immediate availability of Contactless Chip and Pin for our customers. Contactless is a relatively new technology which is being rolled out automatically over the next few years to the entire debit and credit card population in the UK, making the majority of transactions under £10 only require presenting the card near to the reader, instead of entering a pin number. This should speed up transactions at the kiosk in particular a lot faster, potentially offering staff resource benefits.
