VME have a helpdesk system accessible online, where our customers can log queries like hardware issues, training calls, bug reports and change requests.

We also have a customer community forum, where customers can discuss how IT can help retailers, and in particular using VME’s IntelliStore software suite.

Finally we have a customer Wikipedia site available, which customer’s can use for online training or perhaps just to refresh their memory on a particular bit of functionality.
