Account Management

As a VME Retail client you will be appointed your own Account Manager. Your Account Manager will work closely with your key members of staff to ensure that you get the most from your system.

Change Control

Many retailers require bespoke developments and integrations with other software applications. Your Account Manager will liaise with our Software Development Manager to ensure that everything runs according to plan. Your Account Manager will normally be involved in the following activities on your behalf:

• Creating technical specifications
• Installing Software
• Site Testing
• Performance Reviews
