The helpdesk team at VME Retail are always on-hand to help your staff with any issues that arise.

Our helpdesk team have an in-depth knowledge of your software applications and hardware devices. They also understand the procedures which are common in the retail industry. This ensures that any issues which arise are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Call Logging

Each call to VME Retail's help desk is recorded in our internal call logging system. Each call remains "open" on the system until we are granted permission to close it by a member of your staff. All open calls are reviewed by your Account Manager on a regular basis. This means that any unresolved or recurring issues are identified, prioritised and acted upon immediately.

Remote Support

In the event that an issue cannot be resolved over the phone, our helpdesk staff can use remote control technology to take control of your back-office PC or point of sale terminal. This technique is also useful for providing ad-hoc training to new members of your staff.

Customer Service

Our support team always strive to provide a helpful and friendly service, and a speedy resolution to any issues which arise. The importance that we place on customer service is reflected in the length of time that many of our clients have been with us.
