You can only get the most from your retail solution when your staff are properly trained. VME Retail's team of experienced software trainers will help your key members of staff to get up and running quickly, with our established and proven training solutions.

Train the Trainer

To help you save money, and to speed up the training process, we often train a key member of your staff first. Your member of staff will become an expert on the system and can then take responsibility for training other members of staff. The trainer will train store managers, who in turn will train your supervisors and operators.

Hand Holding

Handholding is a service which we provide to many of our clients on their first day of trading using their new system.

One of our software trainers will remain in-store throughout the day to provide your staff with the reassurance they need, to operate with confidence on the first day. This also gives store managers a chance to ask questions and try out new features in training mode.

Training Support

High staff turnover rates are an unavoidable fact of life in the retail industry. To help you deal with this problem, our helpdesk team is always available to provide ad-hoc training to new and existing members of your staff.
